I ordered a "Designer florist choice bouquet" as a surprise for my mum's birthday. As I live interstate and could not choose the flowers in person, I felt it was better to ask the florist to choose the flowers, rather than choosing them myself because I felt the florist would choose what was fresh and in season. They arrived on time and she was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful flowers!! Thank you to the team at Port Bouvard flowers for making my mum's day!! xx

Absolute amazing and for the second time as as a UK expat with parents in Australia, they went above and beyond. I have included the message from my mum this morning and delivery is not available on Sunday, which was Mother???s Day, this was not an issue and a request for early delivery also no issue as they went out for lunch. What can I say? This picture does not do the bouquet justice. They are the most beautiful flowers.???? so many ???? purple roses. The aroma feels the whole room. They are so top of the range ?????? I???m annoyed as I told dad not to tell you because I didn???t want you spending any money, but what can I say? They are the most beautiful flowers thank you so much??????????????????

Great customer service I had to put order on hold due to recipient said they were moving and didnt give me a date. As it was a surprise I couldnt ask outright. While the florist's page suggested they only delivered Mon-Sat, Tammy very kindly offered to deliver on Sunday instead of Saturday afternoon, as Sunday was the day of my mother's birthday. She said the flowers were lovely!Went out of their way to deliver on the morning of Mum's birthday.

We were put in touch with a local florist in the area, Port Bouvard Flowers, who produced a beautiful and fitting floral creation for a distant family funeral. We were also sent a photo of the actual flowers once they had been made up, which we found very reassuring. I would certainly recommend Direct2florist Australia.Perfect florists who dealt sensitively, and with great skill to create a beautiful funeral bouquet.

Direct2florist did an amazing job - I ordered a planted orchid for my in-laws having called 4 florists in the area who didn’t have any in stock. Text message very helpful to confirm flowers had been delivered. Flowers were delivered on time.The flowers delivered showed no resemblance to the flowers pictured and chosen on- line. The flowers delivered were sparse and poor value for money.

Delivered flowers different from website illustration but still ok. White teddy bear was also substituted for the illustrated brown bear. Vase container was glass and not the metal jug illustrated on web site. Everything was fine - but not really what I'd chosen from the website
